烟草内生活性放线菌的筛选

Isolation and Screening of Bioactive Endophytic Actinomycetes from Tobacco

为了发掘抗菌菌株,以分离的烟草内生放线菌为研究对象,用其活体和发酵液分别进行了抑制金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌以及对根结线虫2龄幼虫的抑杀实脸.结果表明:烟草内生放线菌及其发酵液对供试菌株的抑制效果均较明显,菌株Y12、菌株A7只能分别对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌有抑制作用,发酵液抑菌圈直径分别为巧mm和21 mm.而Y7菌株则对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌都有一定的抑制作用.内生菌及其发酵液抑杀根结线虫的效果并不明显,说明这些菌株的杀根结线虫活性与抑制病原菌活性之间没有相关性.
In order to explore anti-bacterial strains,the study on the inhibit function of the endophytic actinomycetes and their fermentation liquid on Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coil and rot-knot nematodes is conducted. The results show that S. aureus and E. coli could be inhibited effectively by the body and their fermentation broth of endophytic actinomycetes YI2 and A7 respectively. The inhibition diameters of Y12 is 15 mm and that of AT is 21 mm.S. aureus and E. coli can be inhibited by Y7 at the same time. But they couldn't kill or inhibit rotknot nematodes. It's indicated that there is not relation between the inhibition function of pathogenic bacteria and root-knot nematodes.
