新一代人工智能技术赋能家居智能制造研究与应用

随着人工智能技术发展进入新阶段,新一代人工智能技术与家居智能制造深度融合,为家居智能制造发展带来了新机遇.文中通过文献调研分析,对家居人工智技术发展应用概况进行解读,阐明了传统人工智能发展为新一代人工智能技术在家居智能制造设计层、制造层、应用层的演进历程,分析所涉关键技术(自然语言处理、专家系统、机器学习、计算机视觉)的发展应用情况,阐释新一代人工智能技术赋能家居智能制造过程中在订单采集、设计、物料信息、制造、物流运输、销售服务环节的具体应用方法,并总结未来在人才培养、多技术集成、绿色家居方面的发展方向,为人工智能技术与家居行业深度融合,实现优质、高效、低耗、绿色、安全的家居智能制造提供借鉴和参考.
Research and Application of New Generation Artificial Intelligence Technology Empowering Smart Home Manufacturing
With artificial intelligence technology(AI)advancing into a new phase,the integration of the new generation AI technology and smart manufacturing brings forth fresh opportunities for the development of smart home manufacturing.Through extensive literature review,this paper elaborates on the development and application of IA technology to smart home manufacturing,and elucidates how artificial intelligence has evolved into a new generation in terms of design layer,manufacturing layer,and application layer within smart home manufacturing.Furthermore,it analyzes the development and application of key technologies involved,such as natural language processing,expert system,machine learning and computer vision technology.The specific ways to apply the new generation AI technology in the process of smart home manufacturing are discussed in detail across various stages including order collection,design,material information management,manufacturing processes,logistics and transportation,and sales and service.At the end,the future directions for talent cultivation,multi-technology integration and green homes are concluded to provide valuable insights into deep fusion between the AI technology and the home furnishing industry with a view to realizing high-quality,efficient,low-energy,green and safe smart home manufacturing.
