家居智能制造过程中信息采集与处理技术的应用

随着工业 4.0、中国制造 2025 的深化发展,家居行业逐步进入信息化、数字化、智能化的发展方向,信息采集与处理技术作为家居智能制造的基础技术,为家居行业深入智能化发展提供了信息化支撑.通过文献分析和企业实地调研,文中概述信息采集与处理技术的发展历程及其应用流程和技术架构;论述了家居智能制造过程中信息采集与处理的关键技术及其应用范畴,包括以条码技术、REID技术、机器视觉和OPC为主的信息采集技术以及以ERP、MES系统为核心的信息处理系统;针对现有家居企业信息采集与处理所存在的技术应用程度低、时效性差等问题,结合智能制造背景下信息集成、数字孪生、5G+工业互联网、人工智能技术在家居制造业中的实施和推广应用,从系统集成化、实时化、虚拟化、赋能化 4个方面对家居智能制造过程中的信息采集与处理技术进行展望,以为家居行业信息化、智能化发展中更加有效利用信息提供借鉴和参考.
Application of Information Acquisition and Processing Technology in Home Intelligent Manufacturing
With the deepening implementation of Industry 4.0 and Made in China 2025,the home industry has gradually ushered into the development tracks of informatization,digitalization and intelligence.Information acquisition and processing technology,as the basic technology in home intelligent manufacturing,provides information support for the intelligent development of the home industry.Through literature review and enterprise investigations,the paper summarizes the history,application process and technical framework of information acquisition and processing technology,and discusses in detail the key technologies of information acquisition and processing in home intelligent manufacturing and their application scope,including barcode technology,REID technology,machine vision,OPC based information collection technology,information processing system with ERP and MES as the core.In view of the problems arising in the application of this technology in furniture industry,such as low application,poor timeline,etc.,the paper explores the potentials in the technology development from the four aspects of system integration,real-time,virtualization and empowerment by considering the application and extension of information integration,digital twin,5G + industrial Internet and artificial intelligence technology in the home manufacturing industry.The study is expected to provide conferences for more effective use of information in the informationalized and intelligent development of home manufacturing industry.
