面向家居智能制造的车间定位技术应用

受限于车间生产信息更新滞后、信息孤岛等问题,家居企业在向智能制造模式转变过程中对实时管控车间生产要素的信息技术需求越来越强烈.高精度室内定位服务能够对车间人员、物料、设备等关键资源进行实时定位与监管,是实时管控车间生产流程的一项重要支撑技术.文中概述了国内外主流室内定位技术类型、原理及方法,针对车间作业流程效率优化、人员安全预防管理优化以及车间管理可视化与信息安全管理等领域对室内定位技术在生产车间中的主要应用场景进行归纳与分析,结合国内外研究成果及技术现状对车间定位技术的未来发展趋势进行总结与展望,旨在为家居制造行业合理、高效地应用室内定位技术提升信息化制造水平提供参考与借鉴.
Application of Workshop Navigation to Home Intelligent Manufacturing
In the process of transformation toward intelligent manufacturing,home manufacturing enterprises are hindered by the problems such as slow production data updates and information islands in workshop.Therefore,there is an increasingly strong demand for information technology to achieve the real-time control of workshop resources.High-precision indoor positioning service is an important technology for realizing real-time workshop production process as it can locate and supervise in a real-time manner the key resources such as personnel,materials and equipment.The paper provides a brief overview of the types,principles and methods of mainstream indoor navigation technology at home and abroad,and analyzes and concludes the main scenarios of applying indoor positioning technology in workshops in view of the optimization of work process efficiency and worker safety assurance measures as well as the visualization of workshop management and information security management.The future development trends of workshop positioning technology are summarized and discussed in consideration of national and international research results and technology used.It is aimed to provide references for reasonably and efficiently applying indoor positioning technology in the home manufacturing industry to improve the level of information manufacturing.
