摘要

在城市化和人口问题的双重压力下,可食用城市景观在生态、社会、经济和食物安全问题方面表现出重大发展潜力.文中以Springer、Web of Science和CNKI等期刊数据库中 1993-2023 年的 171 篇相关文献为研究对象,梳理国内外可食用城市景观的发展历程,探讨影响城市觅食活动开展的因素、城市污染对可食用景观带来的风险以及可食用景观能创造的生态、经济和社会效益等,最后分析不同类型可食用景观在城市中的实践进展及研究趋势,揭示可食用城市景观未来发展难点,以期加深对城市生态系统供给功能的认知,为深入挖掘可变性城市绿地的供给效益提供支撑.

Abstract

Under the dual pressures of urbanization and demographic changes,edible urban landscapes have significant potential in ecological,social and economic development and food security.This paper takes 171 papers on edible landscape published in 1993-2023 that are included in Springer,Web of Science and CNKI to review the development history of edible urban landscapes at home and abroad.The impact factors affecting urban foraging,the risks brought by urban pollution to edible landscapes,the ecological,economic and social benefits created by edible landscapes are discussed.At the end,the practices of different types of edible landscapes in cities and its research trends are analyzed to reveal the difficulties that are expected to arise in the future development of urban edible landscape,with a view to providing support for tapping the supply benefits of variable urban green spaces.
