Policy Coordination for Forestry Subsidy and Agricultural Subsidy and Its Optimization in China
Food security and ecological security are the important cornerstones of China's economic and social development.Agricultural subsidies and forestry subsidies are the most crucial policy tools for guaranteeing food security and ecological security and play an important role in increase production and income from agriculture and forestry.However,due to the unbalanced and uncoordinated subsidy policies for agriculture and forestry,farmers cannot have sufficient subsidies for their forest management and the effect of forestry subsidies is discounted.In order to further the sustainable and healthy development of forestry,the paper elaborates on the difference in the subsidy policies between agriculture and forestry and analyzes the coordination of the agriculture subsidy policy and forestry subsidy policy from the perspective of food security and ecological security.Finally,policy recommendations are put forward for optimizing the policy coordination of forestry subsidy and agricultural subsidy.
