New Quality Productive Forces Enabling High-Quality Development of China's Forestry:Theoretical Logic,Realistic Dilemma and Practical Progress
Cultivating and developing new quality productive forces of forestry is an urgent task to promote the high-quality development of forestry in China.In light of the connotation of new quality productive forces,this paper analyses the theoretical logic that new quality productive forces empower the high-quality development of China's forestry from the economic,social and ecological dimensions.The economic logic is that new quality productive forces can strengthen the sci-tech support to forestry,change the growth mode of forestry sector,and cultivate new modes of forestry industry.The social logic is that new quality productive forces can create more job opportunities and increase incomes for forest farmers,and improve the quality of life in forest areas.The ecological logic is that the new quality productive forces can increase the utilization rate of forestry production factors,expand the space for forestry production,and improve the function of ecological resources.Based on the logic progress of new quality productive forces in practice,this paper examines the realistic dilemma of forestry high-quality development from the five aspects of innovation ability,industrial quality,talent cultivation,infrastructure construction,and institutional reform.At the end,the paper puts forward the practical approaches to high-quality forestry development empowered by new quality productive forces based on the theoretical logic and the realistic demand of high-quality forestry development.
