摘要

开发7%吡虫啉·咯菌腈·嘧菌酯种子处理悬浮剂的配方.采用湿法研磨工艺筛选适宜的润湿分散剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、pH调节剂、成膜剂等助剂种类及其用量,确定了 7%吡虫啉·咯菌腈·嘧菌酯种子处理悬浮剂优选配方:吡虫啉6%(折百)、咯菌腈 0.2%(折百)、嘧菌酯 0.8%(折百),润湿分散剂烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚W-6001%、乙氧基多聚芳基酚醚磷酸酯铵盐SC 2%、多聚芳基醚硫酸酯FD 3%,防冻剂乙二醇5%,pH调节剂柠檬酸 0.2%,成膜剂KMM-013%,警戒色R2002SS 15%,消泡剂630 0.5%,防腐剂卡松 0.2%,增稠剂黄原胶0.2%、硅酸镁铝 2%,珠光粉 1618%,抗划痕蜡乳液SC-095%,去离子水补足至100%.该制剂配方悬浮性优,储存稳定性好,各项技术指标均符合种子处理悬浮剂的标准要求.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain the optimum formula of imidacloprid+fludioxonil+azoxystrobin 7%FS.The types and dosage of additives such as wetting dispersant,thickening agent,antifreeze agent,pH regulator and film forming agent were selected by wet grinding process,and the optimal formula of formulation development of imidacloprid+fludioxonil+azoxystrobin 7%FS product was determined.Namely,imidacloprid 6%(convert to a percentage),fluxonitrile 0.2%(convert to a percentage),azoxystrobin 0.8%(convert to a percentage),wetting dispersant alkyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether W-600 1%,ethoxy polyaryl phenol ether phosphate ammonium salt SC 2%,polyaryl ether sulfate FD 3%,antifreeze glycol 5%,pH regulator citric acid 0.2%,film forming agent KMM-01 3%,warning color R2002SS 15%,defoamer 630 0.5%,preservative Casson 0.2%,thickening agent Xanthan gum 0.2%,magnesium and aluminum silicate 2%,pearlite powder161 8%,anti-scratch wax emulsion SC-09 5%,deionized water replenishment.The formulation has excellent suspension and good storage stability,and all technical indexes meet the standard requirements of seed treatment suspension agent.
