摘要

建立一种同时检测 30%丙硫菌唑·氟环唑悬浮剂中有效成分含量的定性定量高效液相色谱分析方法.使用填充物为5TC-C18的色谱柱和具有可变波长的紫外检测器,以体积比为80:20的甲醇-pH 3.0磷酸水溶液为流动相.该分析方法的丙硫菌唑和氟环唑线性相关系数分别为 0.9999和0.9996,变异系数分别为0.1%和0.2%,平均回收率分别为 99.76%和 99.90%,标准偏差均为0.02.该方法简单、迅速,准确性高,重现性好,可满足丙硫菌唑和氟环唑混剂定量分析的要求.

Abstract

This study aims to establish a qualitative and quantitative analysis method for simultaneous determination of active ingredients in prothioconazole·epoxiconazole 30%SC using a high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).A chromatographic column with a filling material of 5TC-C18 and a UV detector with variable wavelength were used,and a methanol pH 3.0 phosphoric acid aqueous solution with a volume ratio of 80:20 was used as the mobile phase.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of prothioconazole and epoxiconazole were 0.9999 and 0.9996,the coefficient of variations were 0.1%and 0.2%,the average recoveries were 99.76%and 99.90%,and the standard deviations were 0.02 and 0.02.This method is simple,rapid,accurate,and has good reproducibility,and can meet the requirements for quantitative analysis of prothioconazole and epoxiconazole mixtures.
