This study aims to establish a qualitative and quantitative analysis method for simultaneous determination of active ingredients in prothioconazole·epoxiconazole 30%SC using a high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).A chromatographic column with a filling material of 5TC-C18 and a UV detector with variable wavelength were used,and a methanol pH 3.0 phosphoric acid aqueous solution with a volume ratio of 80:20 was used as the mobile phase.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of prothioconazole and epoxiconazole were 0.9999 and 0.9996,the coefficient of variations were 0.1%and 0.2%,the average recoveries were 99.76%and 99.90%,and the standard deviations were 0.02 and 0.02.This method is simple,rapid,accurate,and has good reproducibility,and can meet the requirements for quantitative analysis of prothioconazole and epoxiconazole mixtures.
