2,6-Dichloro-4-trifluoromethylaniline is an important intermediate that can be used to prepare dyes and pesticides, especially in the field of pesticides.Starting from 4-trifluoromethylaniline,a G1 microchannel reactor was used to construct a preheating, oxychlorination, and cooling process for the continuous synthesis of 2,6-dichloro-4-trifluoromethylaniline.We investigated the effects of process parameters such as temperature, system pressure, material flow rate, and dosage on the reaction in each section.Under optimized conditions, the reaction yield can reach 83.0%and the product content is 99.0%.This synthesis process utilizes the excellent mass and heat transfer performance of microchannel reactors, which not only ensures the safety of the process system but also improves production efficiency, providing a foundation for the updating and iteration of industrial technology.
