In order to meet the market demand for high-purity raw powder of monosultap and improve the quality and yield of monosultap,the production sulfonation process of monosultap was optimized by analyzing the factors affecting the yield and content of monosultap.Based on azeotropic under high temperature or depressurization under low temperature conditions,the residual amount of dichloroethane solvent in the chloride was controlled to be within 0.5%,and the chloride content was controlled to be 50%-55%.With methanol as the reaction medium,under optimized conditions,high-purity(≥95%)monosultap raw powder could be obtained,with a yield up to 88%.The optimization process of monosultap production has the value for enterprise production promotion and application.
