摘要
研究高效的大环内酯类杀虫剂依维菌素在日光下的降解规律.通过光降解依维菌素标准曲线建立,0.5%依维菌素乳油的添加回收率测试和 6种抗光解剂对光解影响的研究,得到依维菌素标准曲线y=32.387x+18.463,相关系数R2=0.9938,回收率达90%以上,0.5%乳油在日光下半衰期为1.81 h,添加抗光解剂后半衰期为3.52~13.59 h.基于可靠的分析方法,发现添加抗光解剂可以有效降低依维菌素光解速率,添加BHT后半衰期延长至 13.59 h.
Abstract
To study the photolysis of ivermectin,a highly effective macrolide insecticide,in sunlight.The standard curve of photodegradation ivermectin was established.The recovery of ivermectin 0.5%EC and the effect of 6 antiphotolytic agents on photolysis were tested.The ivermectin standard curve y=32.387x+18.463 and the correlation coefficient R2=0.9938 were obtained.The recovery was over 90%and the half-life of ivermectin 0.5%EC under sunlight was 1.81 h,the half-life was 3.52-13.59 h after adding antiphotolytic agents.Based on a reliable analytical method,it was found that adding antiphotolytic agents could effectively reduce the ivermectin photolysis rate and prolong the half-life to 13.59 h after the addition of BHT.
