摘要

采用气相色谱、HP-1 毛细管柱和FID检测器建立了一种测定 18%喹螨醚悬浮剂有效成分的方法.以邻苯二甲酸二癸酯为内标物,采用内标法定量.结果表明:在所述方法下,目标物保留时间合理,与内标物分离效果好.方法的线性相关系数(R2)为 0.9997,标准偏差为0.1174%,变异系数为 0.64%,平均添加回收率为 99.81%.该方法线性关系良好,精密度好,准确度高,适用于喹螨醚的定量检测.

Abstract

A gas chromatographic method was developed to separate and quantify the active ingredients in the formulation product fenazaquin 18%SC with HP-1 capillary column and FID using didecyl phthalate as internal standard.The results showed that the retention time and separation efficiency of fenazaquin were well with the new method.The linear correlation coefficients(R2)between the mass concentrations of fenazaquin and their responding values were 0.9997,the standard deviations were 0.1174%,the coefficients of variation were 0.64%,and the average recoveries were 99.81%,respectively.The results indicating that the method has good precision and accuracy,and it is suitable for the detection of fenazaquin.
