This paper established a HPLC method for the active ingredients in pyroxosulfuron·isopropylene SC by co-column separation.The chromatographic conditions were determined to be a 250 mm×4.6 mm ODS-C18 stainless steel column,methanol+ water solution(60:40,byvol)as the mobile phase,and the detection wavelength was 220 nm.The results showed that within the set mass concentration range,the linear correlation coefficients of pyroxasulfone and isoproturon werer=0.9999,the coefficients of variation were 1.07%and 0.1421%,respectively,and the recovery rates were 99.78%and 99.50%,respectively.This method is simple to operate,has good separation effect,and the linear relationship,accuracy and precision meet the basic requirements of analysis,It can be used for the quality control of pyroxasulfone and isoproturon in pharmaceutical products.
