摘要

建立了一种同柱分离检测 44%砜吡草唑·异丙隆悬浮剂中有效成分的高效液相色谱定量方法,确定的色谱条件为 250 mm×4.6 mm ODS-C18不锈钢色谱柱和紫外检测器,柱温30℃,甲醇+水溶液(60︰40,体积比)为流动相,检测波长为 220 nm.结果表明:在设定的质量浓度范围内,砜吡草唑和异丙隆的线性相关系数r均为 0.9999,变异系数分别为 1.07%和 0.1421%,回收率分别为99.78%和99.50%,说明该方法操作简单、分离效果好,线性关系、准确度和精密度均符合分析的基本要求,可用于制剂产品中砜吡草唑和异丙隆的质量控制.

Abstract

This paper established a HPLC method for the active ingredients in pyroxosulfuron·isopropylene SC by co-column separation.The chromatographic conditions were determined to be a 250 mm×4.6 mm ODS-C18 stainless steel column,methanol+ water solution(60:40,byvol)as the mobile phase,and the detection wavelength was 220 nm.The results showed that within the set mass concentration range,the linear correlation coefficients of pyroxasulfone and isoproturon werer=0.9999,the coefficients of variation were 1.07%and 0.1421%,respectively,and the recovery rates were 99.78%and 99.50%,respectively.This method is simple to operate,has good separation effect,and the linear relationship,accuracy and precision meet the basic requirements of analysis,It can be used for the quality control of pyroxasulfone and isoproturon in pharmaceutical products.
