摘要
2023年,国际标准化组织(ISO)批准并公布了 9种农药新品种的英文通用名,包括sulfiflumin、bisulflufen(氟螨双醚)、pioxaniliprole、piperflanilide(多氟虫双酰胺)和isoflualanam(唑氟虫胺)5种杀虫/杀螨剂,以及pyraquinate(吡唑喹草酯)、icafolin、metproxybicyclone和feproxydim(苯丙草酮)4种除草剂.其中,5种为中国创制、1种为印度当地公司首次创制.对上述品种的可能创制思路、作用机制、生物活性和合成路线等进行简要介绍,并结合近25年来ISO英文通用名的获批情况对新农药创制的特点和趋势进行分析展望,以期促进新农药品种的研发和应用.
Abstract
In 2023,the International Organization for Standardization(ISO)approved and published 9 English common names of new chemical pesticides,which comprised of 5 insecticides/acaricides including sulfiflumin,bisulflufen,pioxaniliprole,piperflanilide and isoflualanam,and 4 herbicides including pyraquinate,icafolin,metproxybicyclone and feproxydim.Among them,5 were discovered in China and 1 was first discovered by Indian indigenous company.In this paper,the possible discovery ideas,mechanisms of action,biological activities and synthesis routes of above products were briefly reviewed,and the characteristics and trends of new pesticide discovery were analyzed and prospected on the basis of approval status of ISO English common names in the recent 25 years.It was expected to promote the research,development and application of new pesticides.
