摘要

采用高效液相色谱法建立了137种常规农药的标准紫外-可见光谱库,检测农药制剂中的隐性成分.以乙腈和水为流动相的梯度洗脱对农药隐性成分进行定性分析.通过光谱库对2个农药品种进行了隐性成分鉴定,检出了呋虫胺、二氯异丙虫酰胺、乙虫腈和甲氧虫酰肼4种隐性成分.该方法能够快速准确的查出农药中添加的隐性成分,特征性和专属性很强,能够克服保留时间定性时容易造成假阳性的结果.方法简单易学适合于农药检测分析人员.

Abstract

A standard UV-visible spectral library of 137 conventional pesticides was constructed to detect the recessive constituents in pesticide formulations.With acetonitrile and water as mobile phase,qualitative analysis of recessive components in pesticide was performed by gradient elution.2 kinds of pesticide samples were analyzed by the spectral library.The results showed that 4 kinds of hidden ingredients were dinotefuran,dichloroisopropanamide,ethiprole and methoxyfenozide,respectively.This method could quickly and accurately find out the hidden components added in pesticides,with strong characteristic and specificity,and could overcome the false positive results qualified by the retention time.It was easy to learn and suitable for pesticide testing analysts.
