开发 96%2,4-滴二甲胺盐可溶粒剂配方.采用挤压造粒工艺制备 96%2,4-滴二甲胺盐可溶粒剂,并通过对润湿剂、分散剂和填料的筛选,根据溶解程度和溶液稳定性、热储稳定性等指标筛选出最终配方.同时,田间药效试验验证最优配方为:2,4-滴二甲胺盐 96%、X0801%、Tesperse-2700 补足至100%.田间试验结果表明:96%2,4-滴二甲胺盐可溶粒剂在 540～1512 g a.i./hm2用量下,对小麦田一年生阔叶杂草 30d的株防效达到87.86%以上,鲜重防效达到 88.42%以上.该配方制得的可溶粒剂稳定性好、田间使用效果良好、各项性能指标均符合可溶粒剂的质量标准.
Abstract
The formulation of 2,4-D-dimethylammonium 96% SG was developed.2,4-D-Dimethylammonium 96% SG was prepared by extrusion granulation process,and the final formula was selected according to solubility,solution stability and heat storage stability by screening wetting agents and dispersing agents.At the same time,field efficacy test was carried out to verify.Optimal formula:2,4-D-dimethylammonium 96%,X080 1%,Tesperse-2700 up to 100% .The results of the field experiment showed that the control effect of 2,4-D-dimethylammonium 96% SG at 540-1 512 g a.i./ha on annual broad-leaved weeds for 30 days was more than 87.86%,and the control effect of fresh weight was more than 88.42% .The soluble granule prepared by the formula has good stability,good field application effect,and all the performance indexes are in line with the quality standard of SG.
