摘要
为研制出具有良好理化性能的 16%吡氟酰草胺·双氟磺草胺悬浮剂,利用湿法研磨加工工艺,通过室内试验测定各项指标,对润湿分散剂、黏度调节剂、防冻剂、防腐剂、消泡剂等助剂进行了种类筛选,并确定了最佳添加量.结果表明 16%吡氟酰草胺·双氟磺草胺悬浮剂最优配方组成为双氟磺草胺1.0%、吡氟酰草胺15.0%、DS-8030 1.0%、DS-700T 4.0%、黄原胶 0.2%、硅酸镁铝 1.5%、乙二醇 5.0%、苯磺酸钠 0.05%、聚醚改性硅油H-204 0.2%,水补足 100%.按上述配方制成的制剂具有良好的悬浮性能和储存稳定性,质量可靠,各项指标均符合悬浮剂相关标准.
Abstract
This study aims to prepare diflufenican·florasulam 16% SC with good physical and chemical properties.The SC was prepared by wet grinding technology.The adjuvants of the formulation such as wetting dispersant,thickener,antifreeze,defoamer and preservative were screened through the laboratory tests of various indexes,and their optimal addition amount was determined.The best formula of diflufenican·florasulam 16% SC was diflufenican 15.0%,florasulam 1.0%,DS-8030 1.0% and DS-700T 4.0%,xanthan gum 0.2%,magnesium aluminum silicate 1.5%,ethylene glycol 5.0%,sodium benzoate 0.05%,polyether modified silicone oil H-204 0.2%,and distilled water up to 100% .The formulation has high suspension rate,excellent storage stability and reliable quality.The test indexes are in line with the relevant standards for suspension concentrate.
