A HPLC method was developed for the simultaneous quantitative determination of flufenacet and isoproturon in the formulation product of flufenacet·isoproturon 36% SC.The sample was extracted by methanol,then separated and analyzed quantitatively on C18 column and DAD detector at 230 nm,using methanol and water as mobile phase by reverse phase HPLC.The results showed,in the range of 0.059 6-0.121 8 mg/mL,0.299-0.604 mg/mL,the linear correlation coefficients of flufenacet and isoproturon were 0.999 4 and 0.999 1,the standard deviations were 0.04 and 0.12,the variation coefficients were 0.67% and 0.40%,the average rates were 100.03% and 100.15%,respectively.The method is simple,quick,accurate,and suitable for the analysis flufenacet and isoproturon in the mix formulation products.
