A method of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was developed to determine tetraniliprole﹒abamectin 25% SC with methanol+acetonitrile+0.8% acetic acid aqueous solution as mobile phase,C18 column at 35℃,5 μL injection volume and DAD detector at 244 nm.The results indicated that the good linear relationships between mass concentration and their responding values were obtained with the correlation coefficients 0.999 9 and 0.999 8.The relative standard deviations of 0.026 and 0.030,and the average recovery of 99.7% and 99.9% were obtained for tetraniliprole and abamectin,respectively,suggesting that this method is easy to operate with high precision and accuracy,and is suitable for quantitative analysis of preparations containing abamectin and tetraniliprole.
