摘要

采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈和冰乙酸水溶液(pH=3.0)为流动相,使用SinoChrom ODS-BP色谱柱和紫外可变波长检测器,在230 nm波长下对 33%烟嘧磺隆·特丁津可分散油悬浮剂进行分离和定量分析.结果表明,在该分析方法下,烟嘧磺隆和特丁津的线性相关系数分别为 0.9991和 0.9998,标准偏差分别为 0.037和0.044,变异系数分别为 0.73%和 0.16%,平均回收率分别为 99.91%和 99.70%,说明该方法可适用于该产品的质量控制要求.

Abstract

A method for separation and quantitative analysis of nicosulfuron·terbuthylazine 33% OD by HPLC was established,with acetonitrile and acetic acid solution(pH=3.0)as mobile phase,using SinoChrom ODS-BP stainless steel column and UV detector at 230 nm wavelength.The result showed that the linear correlation coefficients of nicosulfuron and terbuthylazine were 0.999 1 and 0.999 8,the standard deviations were 0.037 and 0.044,the coefficient of variations were 0.73% and 0.16%,the average recoveries were 99.91% and 99.70%,respectively,which indicating that the method was suitable for quality control of the product.
