A method for separation and quantitative analysis of nicosulfuron·terbuthylazine 33% OD by HPLC was established,with acetonitrile and acetic acid solution(pH=3.0)as mobile phase,using SinoChrom ODS-BP stainless steel column and UV detector at 230 nm wavelength.The result showed that the linear correlation coefficients of nicosulfuron and terbuthylazine were 0.999 1 and 0.999 8,the standard deviations were 0.037 and 0.044,the coefficient of variations were 0.73% and 0.16%,the average recoveries were 99.91% and 99.70%,respectively,which indicating that the method was suitable for quality control of the product.
