环境、社会、治理(ESG)管理新理念为农药行业带来了新的挑战和机遇.为帮助企业积极应对新挑战,探讨了ESG管理的意义和方法,以期为想深入理解ESG、将ESG理念融入公司的经营管理者提供参考,为农药行业的转型升级提供新的思路.
Abstract
The new management concept of environmental,social and governance(ESG)brings new challenges and opportunities for the pesticide industry.In order to help enterprises actively cope with new challenges,this article discusses the significance and methods of ESG management.It is expected to provide reference for managers who want to deeply understand ESG and integrate ESG concept into the company,and provide new ideas for the transformation and upgrading of the pesticide industry.
