摘要
[目的]评价解淀粉芽孢杆菌不同施药方式下对马铃薯疮痂病的防效,以期获得更有效的药剂应用技术.[方法]在大棚和露地 2 个应用场景下,采用 5种不同施药方式评价了10 亿孢子/mL解淀粉芽孢杆菌水剂对马铃薯疮痂病的田间防效.[结果]2种应用场景下,采用播前沟施、种薯喷淋和块茎形成期灌根这 3种施药方式,10亿孢子/mL解淀粉芽孢杆菌水剂对马铃薯疮痂病的防效均显著高于采用播前土壤喷淋和块茎膨大期灌根处理的防效.播前沟施、种薯喷淋和块茎形成期灌根处理对马铃薯疮痂病的防治效果差异不显著.[结论]解淀粉芽孢杆菌水剂对马铃薯疮痂病的防效因施药方式不同而异,播前沟施、种薯喷淋和块茎形成期灌根等3 种施药方式下防效表现更优,可为更有效地防治马铃薯疮痂病提供了合理的施用方案,为进一步农药登记试验提供科学依据.
Abstract
[Aims]In order to obtain more effective application techniques of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens AS against potato scab disease,the control efficacy under different application methods were evaluated in this paper.[Methods]The field control efficacy of 1 billion spores/mL Bacillus amyloliquefaciens AS were investigated by 5 different application methods under greenhouse and open field conditions.[Results]Under two application conditions(greenhouse and open field),the field control efficacy of 1 billion spores/mL Bacillus amyloliquefaciens AS by furrow application before sowing,spraying seed potato,root-irrigation at tuber formation stage were significantly higher than that by soil spraying before sowing and root-irrigation at tuber expansion stage.There was no significant difference in the control efficacy by the three application methods of furrow application before sowing,spraying seed potato and root-irrigation at tuber formation stage.[Conclusions]The control efficacy of 1 billion spores/mL Bacillus amyloliquefaciens AS against potato scab disease varied by different application methods.More excellent control efficacy were exhibited by three application methods of furrow application before sowing,spraying seed potato and root-irrigation at tuber formation stage.This paper provides reasonable application methods of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens AS against potato scab disease,and provides scientific basis for further pesticide registration test.
