摘要

筛选氟吡菌酰胺和咯菌腈对灰葡萄孢菌的增效组合.通过菌丝生长抑制法测定两种药剂之间的最佳配比组合,并通过离体叶片法和田间药效试验验证最佳配比.氟吡菌酰胺与咯菌腈以质量比为3∶1、2∶1、1∶1、2∶3、1∶2、2∶5和1∶3的比例进行混配时,其对灰霉菌生长抑制的增效系数都大于1.5,表现明显的增效作用,其中以质量比为2:3的组合增效作用最强.30%氟吡菌酰胺·咯菌腈SC(2∶3)用量在25~35mL/666m2时,离体叶片法和大田试验中均表现出了优异的防治效果.30%氟吡菌酰胺·咯菌腈SC配比为2∶3时,对番茄灰霉病有极佳的防控效果,推荐剂量为 25~35 mL/666m2.

Abstract

To screen out the best synergistic combination of fluopyram and fludioxonil against Botrytis cinerea.The optimal ratio of fluopyram-fludioxonil mixtures to Botrytis cinerea was determined by mycelium growth inhibition method,and the activity of the optimal ratio was verified by leaf method and field efficacy test.When the mass ratio of fluopyram and fludioxonil was 3∶1,2∶1,1∶1,2∶3,1∶2,2∶5 and 1∶3,they had a synergistic effect,but 2∶3,showed the best synergistic effect,and both in vitro leaf method and field test results showed excellent control effect against the disease at the 25-35 mL/666m2 dosage of fluopyram and fludioxonil 30%SC(2:3).Fluopyram·fludioxonil 30%SC prepared from the 2∶3 mass ratio can effectively control the tomato gray mold disease with the recommended dose 25-35 mL/666m2.
