A method was established to determinate the active ingredients of penoxsulam·diflufenican 300 g/L suspension concentrate(SC)by HPLC-UVD with an ODS-3 C18 column,the mixture of 70%acetonitrile and 30%water with 0.1%phosphoric acid as the mobile phase,at detection wavelength 210 nm.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient between mass concentrations of penoxsulam or diflufenican and their responding values were 0.999 96 and 0.999 9,the standard deviations were 0.03 and 0.13,the variation coefficients were 0.57%and 0.54%,respectively.And the average recovery rates was 100.07%,indicating that the method was suitable to be used for quality control of the product penoxsulam·diflufenican 300g/L SC because of its good linearity,accuracy and reproducibility.
