The creation of new pesticides requires high investment and a long cycle,while the research and development of pesticide synergistic compositions requires less investment and has a short cycle.They have always been valued and favored by pesticide innovation entities in our country.In addition,the protection scope of pesticide synergistic composition is clear,which is easy to patent and compare with infringement.The experimental data in the patent application documents of pesticide synergistic composition are often related to the authorization,confirmation,or protection of the patent.This article analyzed and discussed the problems in writing experimental data in typical cases of pesticide synergistic composition patent applications in our country,in order to provide reference and guidance for our country′s pesticide companies to write pesticide compound patent documents.
