A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)analytical method was established for the determination of active ingredients in bifenthrin·cyantraniliprole 375 g/L oil dispersion(OD).The separation and quantitative analysis of bifenthrin·cyantraniliprole 375 g/L OD by HPLC were conducted by UV detector at 230 nm with methanol and water as mobile phase,and ODS-3 C18 column as fixed phase.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient for both bifenthrin and cyantraniliprole were 0.9999,with standard deviations of 0.0957 and 0.0843,respectively,coefficients of variation of 0.50%and 0.52%,respectively,and average recoveries of 99.35%and 99.48%.This indicates that the method has good linear correlation,high precision and accuracy,and can be used for the quality analysis and detection of bifenthrin·cyantraniliprole OD.
