摘要
建立了一种测定 0.4%糠氨基嘌呤水剂中有效成分的液相色谱方法,采用C18反相色谱柱和DAD检测器,以甲醇+0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,外标法定量.结果表明,在给定条件下糠氨基嘌呤的线性相关系数(R2)为 0.9994,标准偏差为 0.004844%,变异系数为1.21%,平均添加回收率为 99.83%,说明该方法具有重现性好、准确度高、线性关系良好等特点,符合该产品质量控制检测的基本要求,可用于相关产品的质量控制.
Abstract
A liquid chromatography method for determing the active ingredients in kinetin 0.4%AS was established,which was quantified by external standard method by using C18 reversed-phase chromatography column and DAD detector with methanol+0.1%phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient(R2)of kinetin was 0.9994,the standard deviation was 0.004 844%,the coefficient of variation was 1.21%,and the average recovery rate was 99.83%under the given conditions,indicating that the method had the characteristics of good reproducibility,high accuracy and good linear relationship,which met the basic requirements of quality control detection of the product and could be used for the quality control of related products.
