摘要

褐飞虱是江苏省水稻上的重要害虫.采用稻茎浸渍法监测了 2012 年以来江苏省水稻褐飞虱对9 种杀虫剂的抗性发展水平,结果表明,江苏省水稻褐飞虱种群对吡虫啉、噻虫嗪、噻嗪酮、吡蚜酮、毒死蜱、呋虫胺、烯啶虫胺、氟啶虫胺腈和三氟吡嘧啶等 9种杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗药性,其中对吡虫啉、噻虫嗪和噻嗪酮的抗药性水平极高,对三氟吡嘧啶的抗性水平最低,提出强化抗药性水平监测,加强虫情监测预警,开发研究新药剂,提升科学用药水平等综合治理措施.

Abstract

Rice brown planthopper(Nilaparvata lugens)is an important pest on rice in Jiangsu Province.This paper uses the rice stem dipping method to monitor the development level of resistance of N.lugens to 9 insecticides in Jiangsu province since 2012.The results show that the N.lugens population in Jiangsu province has developed different degrees of resistance to 9 insecticides,including imidacloprid,thiamethoxam,buprofezin,pymetrozine,chlorpyrifos,dinotefuran,nitenpyram,sulfoxaflor and triflumezopyrim.Among them,the resistance level to imidacloprid,thiamethoxam and buprofezin is extremely high,and the resistance level to triflumezopyrim is the lowest.Comprehensive control measures such as strengthening the monitoring of resistance levels,enhancing the monitoring and early warning of pest conditions,developing and researching new pesticides,and improving the level of scientific pesticide use are proposed.
