摘要

为了有效防控豆角蓟马,开展了 25%溴氰虫酰胺·虫螨腈悬浮剂(SC)的配方研制.利用湿法研磨工艺,采用单因素法筛选出了适宜的润湿分散剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、消泡剂等助剂及其用量,确定了 25%溴氰虫酰胺·虫螨腈SC产品的优选配方,即5%溴氰虫酰胺(折百),20%虫螨腈(折百),3%DS707,2%DS505,4%乙二醇,0.2%卡松,0.5%消泡剂630,0.2%黄原胶,1.2%硅酸镁铝,去离子水补足.结果表明,该产品悬浮率大于90%,热储14d后分解率小于5%,各项技术指标均符合SC的指标要求.田间药效试验表明,该产品对豆角蓟马有较高的防治效果,药后10d,防效达到94%以上.

Abstract

In order to effectively prevent and control the thrips on green beans,the formulation of cyantraniliprole·chlorfenapyr 25%SC was developed.Using wet grinding process,the single factor method was used to screen out suitable adjuvants such as wetting and dispersing agents,thickeners,antifreeze agents,defoamers and their dosages,and the optimal formula of cyantraniliprole·chlorfenapyr 25%SC product was determined,namely 5%cyantraniliprole(100%off),20%chlorfenapyr(100%off),3%DS707,2%DS505,4%ethylene glycol,0.2%kathon,0.5%defoamer 630,0.2%xanthan gum,1.2%magnesium aluminum silicate,and make up with deionized water.The results showed that the suspension rate of the product was greater than 90%,and the decomposition rate was less than 5%after 14 days of hot storage.All technical indicators met the requirements of SC.Field efficacy trials showed that the product had a high control effect on bean thrips,and the control effect reached more than 94%10 days after application.
