摘要

通过湿法砂磨研制15%溴酰·茚虫威悬浮剂(SC),并筛选适宜的润湿分散剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、消泡剂和稳定剂,以及对SC理化性能进行测定,获得了 15%溴酰·茚虫威SC优选配方:溴氰虫酰胺3.0%、茚虫威12.0%、SP-3060 5.0%、润湿分散剂A 2.0%、硅酸镁铝1.0%、稳定剂0.02%、黄原胶0.15%、乙二醇3.0%、有机硅消泡剂0.5%、去离子水补足至100%.该SC经冷、热储后,外观稳定,无分层、结块等现象,悬浮率达97%以上,分散性好.稀释1600倍后,表面张力≤27.57 mN/m,接触角(聚四氟乙烯板法)≤90.83°,叶面铺展性好.在270 g/hm2的制剂用量下,药后7 d对小菜蛾的防效达92.11%,药效明显优于2个单剂的药效.该产品各项指标均符合SC的质量技术指标,田间试验结果表明对甘蓝小菜蛾的防治效果好,可以大面积推广使用.

Abstract

Cyantraniliprole·indoxacarb 15%suspension concentrate(SC)was prepared by wet grinding,and suitable wetting and dispersing agents,thickeners,antifreeze agents,defoamers and stabilizers were screened.The physical and chemical properties of SC were determined,and the optimal formula of cyantraniliprole·indoxacarb 15%SC was obtained,which was 3.0%cyantraniliprole,12.0%indoxacarb,5.0%SP-3060,2.0%wetting and dispersing agent A,1.0%magnesium aluminum silicate,0.02%stabilizer,0.15%xanthan gum,3.0%ethylene glycol,0.5%organosilicon defoamer,and deionized water was added to 100%.After cold and hot storage,the SC had a stable appearance,no stratification,agglomeration and other phenomena,and a suspension rate of more than 97%,with good dispersibility.After dilution 1600 times,the surface tension was ≤27.57 mN/m,the contact angle(polytetrafluoroethylene plate method)was≤90.83°,and the leaf surface spreading was good.At a dosage of 270 g/ha,the control effect on diamondback moth reached 92.11%7 days after application,which was significantly better than that of 2 single doses.All indicators of this product meet the quality and technical indicators of SC.The field test results show that it has a good control effect on diamondback moth and can be promoted for large-scale use.
