摘要

针对现在烟·硝·莠去津可分散油悬浮剂(OD)配方大多存在热储不稳定、析油率高以及存在药害等问题,通过大量助剂筛选、工艺优化、室外田间药效等试验,研制出对玉米无药害、高稳定性的32%烟·硝·莠去津OD配方.其最优选配方(质量分数):烟嘧磺隆4%、硝磺草酮8%、莠去津20%、分散剂SP-OF3498D 3%、乳化剂SP-OF3473E 15%、黏度调节剂有机膨润土 OR-X 0.5%、pH调节剂柠檬酸1%、防沉降稳定剂尿素1%、安全剂双苯唑酸2%、结构稳定剂WD012%、油酸甲酯补足.该配方分散稳定性好,粒径在5 μm以下,热储及低温稳定性好,其他各项指标也满足OD的标准,且配方对玉米不存在药害,安全性高.

Abstract

In view of the problems of unstable hot storage,high oil separation rate and phytotoxicity in most of the current nicosulfuron·mesotrione·atrazine OD formulas,a nicosulfuron·mesotrione·atrazine 32%OD formula with no phytotoxicity to maize and high stability was developed through a large number of adjuvant screening,process optimization,outdoor field efficacy and other tests.The most preferred formula(mass fraction)was:4%nicosulfuron,8%mesotrione,20%atrazine,3%dispersant SP-OF3498D,15%emulsifier SP-OF3473E,0.5%viscosity modifier organic bentonite OR-X,1%pH regulator citric acid,1%anti-settling stabilizer urea,2%safener isoxadifen-ethyl,2%structural stabilizer WD01,and made up with methyl oleate.The formula has good dispersion stability,particle size below 5 μm,good thermal storage and low temperature stability,and other indicators also met the OD standards.In addition,the formula had no phytotoxicity to maize and high safety.
