The contents of tembotrione, nicosulfuron and terbuthylazine in tembotrione·nicosulfuron·terbuthylazine 26%OD were separated and quantitatively analyzed by HPLC with acetonitrile and phosphoric acid aqueous solution(pH 3.0)as the mobile phase,a Ci8 stainless steel column and a diode array detector at a wavelength of 235 nm.The results showed that under the chromatographic conditions, there was a good linear correlation between the mass concentrations of nicosulfuron, tembotrione and terbuthylazine and their corresponding peak area response values. The regression equations were y=96 525.755x+5.2106,y=38 721.7727x+3.5122 and y=97 558.0497x+6.9862,respectively,and the correlation coefficients were all 0.9999.The standard deviations of the determination results of nicosulfuron, tembotrione and terbuthylazine in 5 batches of samples were 0.01,0.03 and 0.08,respectively;the coefficients of variation were 0.54%,0.75%and 0.39%,respectively;the average recoveries of the blank samples added with nicosulfuron, tembotrione and terbuthylazine standards were 99.80%,99.73%and 99.94%,respectively.This indicates that this method is applicable to the quality control requirements of the production process of tembotrione·nicosulfuron·tembotrione 26%OD products.
