A quantitative method was established for the simultaneous determination of the active components in methoxyfenozide·chlorfenapyr 12%SC by HPLC with methanol+water(V/V=80∶20)as mobile phase, extend C18 column as the separation column and DAD as the detector. The results showed that methoxyfenozide and chlorfenoxapyr had a good linear relationship in the mass concentration range of 7.87-251.74 and 15.62-499.95 mg/L,with correlation coefficients of 0.9998 and 0.9999,respectively,and the recoveries of methoxyfenozide and chlorfenoxil were 97.40%-103.10%and 99.83%-102.71%,respectively,and the coefficients of variation were 2.52%and 1.09%,respectively.This method is an ideal method for the detection of methoxyfenozide and chlorfenapyr in pesticide products, with a simple pretreatment process and high accuracy.
