摘要

采用高效液相色谱法以甲醇+水(V/V=80∶20)为流动相、Extend C18柱为分离柱、DAD为检测器建立了同时测定12%甲氧虫酰肼·虫螨腈悬浮剂(SC)中有效成分的定量方法.结果表明,甲氧虫酰肼和虫螨腈在7.87~251.74、15.62~499.95 mg/L质量浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9998、0.9999;甲氧虫酰肼和虫螨腈的回收率分别为97.40%~103.10%、99.83%~102.71%,变异系数为2.52%、1.09%.该方法前处理简单、准确度高,是检测农药产品中甲氧虫酰肼和虫螨腈含量的理想方法.

Abstract

A quantitative method was established for the simultaneous determination of the active components in methoxyfenozide·chlorfenapyr 12%SC by HPLC with methanol+water(V/V=80∶20)as mobile phase,extend C18 column as the separation column and DAD as the detector.The results showed that methoxyfenozide and chlorfenoxapyr had a good linear relationship in the mass concentration range of 7.87-251.74 and 15.62-499.95 mg/L,with correlation coefficients of 0.9998 and 0.9999,respectively,and the recoveries of methoxyfenozide and chlorfenoxil were 97.40%-103.10%and 99.83%-102.71%,respectively,and the coefficients of variation were 2.52%and 1.09%,respectively.This method is an ideal method for the detection of methoxyfenozide and chlorfenapyr in pesticide products,with a simple pretreatment process and high accuracy.
