烧结机头电除尘灰和脱硫废液的协同资源化利用

在钢铁联合企业中,富含K、Na元素的烧结机头电除尘灰与富含氯离子的烧结烟气湿法脱硫废液的资源化利用是制约烧结工序环保工作的难题.本文通过对脱硫废液与机头电除尘灰的特性进行研究,发现烧结机头电除尘灰中碱金属元素的摩尔浓度为Cl元素的1.18倍;在机头灰的浸出液除杂过程中还要进一步引入Na元素,进一步放大了氯离子总量与碱金属含量不匹配的问题.本文提出烧结机头电除尘灰和脱硫废液的协同资源化利用技术,采用富含氯离子的脱硫废液与烧结机头电除尘灰进行浸出试验;通过对浸出液进行除杂、脱色,并进行浓缩结晶,制取KCl和NaCl晶体.试验结果表明,脱硫废液与机头电除尘灰以4∶1的比例混合搅拌,不仅能够满足烧结机头电除尘灰浸出液中碱金属离子与氯离子的平衡需要,而且能够代替清水用于溶解机头灰,从而实现烧结烟气脱硫废液与机头电除尘灰的环保协同处置和资源化利用.按照400万吨的规模测算,烧结机每月可产生机头灰600 t,应用新技术每月可生产300 t的KCl、60 t的NaCl,每月经济效益约为44.7万元.
Synergistic resource utilization of electric precipitator dusts and waste desulfate liquor of sintering head
In iron & steel combined enterprises,the resource utilization of electric precipitator dusts of sintering head rich in K and Na elements and wet desulfurization waste liquid of sintering fume rich in Cl-is a difficult problem restricting the environmental protection of sintering process.The characteristics of the waste desulfate liquor and the electric precipitator dusts of the head are studied,and it is found that the molar concentration of alkali metal elements in the electric precipitator dusts of the sintering head is 1.18 times that of Cl element,and the Na element is further introduced in the process of impurity removal in the leaching solution of the head ash,which further amplifies the problem of mismatch between the total amount of Cl-and the content of alkali metals.The synergistic resource utilization technology of electric precipitator dusts and waste desulfate liquor of sintering head is proposed,and the leaching test of Cl-rich waste desulfate liquor and electric precipitator dusts of sintering head is carried out,and KCl and NaCl crystals are prepared by removing impurities,decolorizing and concentrating crystallization of leaching solution.The results show that the waste desulfate liquor and the electric precipitator dusts of the head are mixed and stirred at a ratio of 4∶1,which can not only meet the balance needs of alkali metal ions and Cl-in the leaching solution of the electric precipitator dusts of the sintering head,but also replace the water for dissolving the ash of the head,so as to realize the environmental protection co-disposal and resource utilization of the sintering fume waste desulfate liquor and the electric precipitator dusts of the head.According to the scale of 4 million tons,the sintering machine can produce 600 tons of head ash per month,and the application of new technologies can produce 300 tons of KCl and 60 tons of NaCl per month,with a monthly economic benefit of about 447 000 yuan.
