烧结提高非主流矿与经济矿比例实践

当前进口主流矿品质明显下降,主要成分Al2O3呈上升趋势,烧结生产需要采购大量的中硅低铝资源以降低高炉炉渣Al2O3含量.降低主流矿比例,寻找非主流矿和经济矿,对于炼铁工序降本增效至关重要.本文主要阐述了马钢公司在强化铁矿石市场寻源工作基础上,采用铁前一体化优化配矿技术,精心设置烧结、球团和高炉工序约束条件,在保证烧结矿质量稳定和高炉生产低耗高效基础上,对中长期烧结、球团配矿结构做出的重大变动.该变动将马钢南、北区非主流矿和经济矿质量分数分别从16.0%、9.0%提高至30.0%、24.0%,使铁水成本有了明显的下降.
Practice of increasing proportion of non-primary ore and economic ore in sintering
At present,the quality of primary imported iron ore significantly declined,with the main component such as Al2O3 showing an upward trend.It is necessary to use the iron ores with the medium-silicon and low-aluminum to reduce the Al2O3 content in blast furnace slag.It is important to reduce the cost and improve the efficiency in the ironmaking process according to decrease the proportion of primary iron ores and seek the non-primary and cost-effective ores.Based on enhanced sourcing efforts in the iron ore market,an integrated optimization blending system was adopted to optimize the sintering,pelletizing,and blast furnace burden structure at Ma'anshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd..This optimization increased the proportion of non-primary and cost-effective ores in south zone and north zone of Ma'anshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.from 16.0%and 9.0%to 30.0%and 24.0%,respectively,resulting in a significant reduction in hot metal costs.
