某铁尾矿"磁化焙烧—磁选"深度回收工艺

针对某铁尾矿易泥化,夹带严重,常规磁选、浮选法回收铁品位不高的问题,本文采用强磁抛尾—磁化焙烧—弱磁粗选—细磨—弱磁精选的选矿工艺流程,探讨了强磁选磁场强度、焙烧配煤量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、两段弱磁选磁场强度及磨矿细度等试验条件对选矿指标的影响.试验结果表明,最佳选矿条件:强磁选磁场强度为954.93 kA/m;焙烧配煤量为8%、焙烧温度为750 ℃、焙烧时间为20 min;弱磁粗选磁场强度为79.58 kA/m,粗选精矿磨矿细度<38.5 μm质量分数为69.27%,弱磁精选磁场强度为47.75 kA/m.在这一条件下,经过磁化焙烧后,夹带现象明显减弱,最终可获得w(TFe)为61.55%的铁精矿.
A deep recovery process on"magnetization roasting-magnetic separation"of iron tailing
In view of the problem that an iron tailing is easy to mud,entrainment is severe,and the iron grade recovered by conventional magnetic separation and flotation recovery is not high,the beneficiation process of strong magnetic tail throwing-magnetization roasting-weak magnetic rough separation-fine grinding-weak magnetic selection is adopted,and the effects of the test conditions such as the magnetic field strength of strong magnetic separation,the amount of roasting coal blending,the roasting temperature,the roasting time,the magnetic field strength of the two stages of weak magnetic separation and the fineness of grinding are discussed.The results show that the optimal beneficiation conditions are as follows:the magnetic field strength of strong magnetic separation is 954.93 kA/m;the roasting coal blending amount is 8%,the roasting temperature is 750℃,the roasting time is 20 min,the magnetic field strength of the weak magnetic coarse separation is 79.58 kA/m,the grinding fineness of the coarse concentrate is<38.5 μm,with a mass fraction of 69.27%,and the magnetic field strength of the weak magnetic separation is 47.75 kA/m.Under above conditions,the entrainment phenomenon is significantly weakened after magnetization roasting,and a concentrate with w(TFe)of 61.55%can be obtained finally.
