不锈钢酸洗污泥对烧结性能及烟气成分的影响

为探明不锈钢酸洗污泥对烧结性能及烟气成分的影响,本文在酸洗污泥基础性能分析前提下,首先开展配用酸洗污泥的烧结杯试验,掌握其烧结性能变化趋势,并对烧结矿的转鼓强度、矿相以及烟气成分进行了分析.研究表明,随着酸洗污泥配用量的增加,烧结利用系数和成品率呈下降趋势.当配用污泥质量分数为5%时,烧结矿强度降低4.01%,烟气成分SO2质量浓度升高5.79倍.酸洗污泥中CaF2与CaO、SiO2形成枪晶石,对烧结强度有较大影响,而CaSO4在烧结过程的弱氧化气氛下分解逸出大量SO2.在试验基础上开展配用酸洗污泥的工业试验,结果显示烧结混匀料中酸洗污泥配比的质量分数不宜超过1%.
Effect of stainless steel pickling sludge on sintering performance and flue gas component
In order to reveal the effect of stainless steel pickling sludge on sintering performance and flue gas composition,under the premise of basic performance analysis of pickling sludge,the sintering cup test with pickling sludge was first carried out to grasp the change trend of junction performance,and drum strength,mineral phase and flue gas composition of sinter were analyzed.The results show that the dosage of pickling sludge increases,and the sintering utilization coefficient and yield show a downward trend.When the sludge content was 5%,the sinter strength decreased by 4.01%,and the SO2 content of flue gas component increased by 5.79 times.CaF2,CaO and SiO2 form cuspidine,which has a great influence on the sintering strength,while CaSO4 decomposes and escapes a large amount of SO2 under the weak oxidation atmosphere of the sintering process.On this basis,the industrial test of using pickling sludge was carried out,and the results showed that the proportion of pickling sludge in the sintered mixture should not exceed 1%.
