Modification and flow field optimization of double V type current-sharing electrostatic precipitator technology
In order to solidly promote the ultra-low emission transformation of the iron and steel industry and solve the problem that the conventional electrostatic precipitator at the head of the sinterstrand cannot meet the limit of the outlet dust concentration,the double-V current-sharing electrostatic precipitator technology is developed,while the layout of the electrostatic precipitator is simulated and optimized through CFD software,and the effect of uniform distribution of airflow is improved by adjusting the layout type of the double V-type flow-sharing dust collection plate and accurately adding a flow baffle at the flue.The numerical simulation results show that the uniformity coefficient(σr value)of the airflow distribution of the electrostatic precipitator is less than 0.15,the resistance is reduced from 235 Pa to 152 Pa,and the deviation of the flue gas flow of the inlet and outlet flue is within the range of±5%.The arrangement for the double-V-type flow-sharing dust collection plate is retracted inward,which eliminates the local high-speed area in the middle position and the local low-speed area on both sides.The double-V flow-sharing electrostatic precipitator technology can provide a modification option for the electrostatic precipitator at the head of the sinterstrand.
