湿法脱硫烧结烟气的特点及其治理技术开发与应用

为确保烧结烟气中SO2、NOx和粉尘达到超低排放标准,需在钢铁企业原有湿法脱硫系统基础上新建或改造脱硝系统.针对烟气处理工程中出现的问题,本文以湿法脱硫烧结烟气为研究对象,针对现有技术系统能源消耗高、设备腐蚀与堵塞等问题,分析影响烟气含湿量的因素,开发余热驱动脱硫塔浆液冷却、双加热SCR脱硝、分列式模块化流场混合等烟气治理技术.结果表明:湿法脱硫后,烧结烟气为饱和湿烟气,含湿量为10%~12%,露点温度为65~80℃,烟气中存在较多雾滴,且溶融盐含量较高;降低烟气温度可以增加SO2分压力,有利于提高脱硫效率;当温度下降区间为7~11℃ 时,系统运行成本最低,约为0.381 7元/t(铁矿);双加热SCR脱硝反应系统将带水湿烟气调质为微过热干烟气,使得加热过程无堵塞,并可实现在线高效清灰.混风装置的数值模拟结果表明:随着混风单元数量的增多,温度偏差逐渐变小;随着长宽比的增大,温度偏差逐渐变小,且切分数量对混合效果的影响减弱;采用11个混风单元的多点阵列混风装置具有十分优异的强化混合效果.本文开发的湿法脱硫烧结烟气治理成套技术,使得烟气中颗粒物、SO2、NOx三项指标,由脱硫系统入口处的250、754、219 mg/m3降低为烟囱排放口的1.4、8.2、35 mg/m3,均实现超低排放.
Characteristics of wet desulfurization sintering gas and its development and application of treatment technology
In order to ensure that SO2,NOx and dust in sintering gas meet the ultra-low emission standard,it is necessary to build or renovate the denitrification system on the basis of the original wet desulfurization system of iron and steel enterprises.In view of the problems in gas treatment engineering,wet desulfurization and sintering gas are taken as the research objects,the factors affecting the moisture content of flue gas are analyzed in view of the problems of high energy consumption,equipment corrosion and blockage of existing technical systems,and gas treatment technologies,such as slurry cooling of waste heat-driven desulfurization tower,dual-heating SCR denitrification,and differentiated modular flow field mixing,are developed.The results show that,after wet desulfurization,the sintering gas is saturated wet gas,with a moisture content of 10%~12%,a dew point temperature of 65~80 ℃,a large number of fog droplets and a high content of melt salts.Reducing the gas temperature can increase the SO2 partial pressure,which is conducive to improving the desulfurization efficiency.When the temperature drop range is 7~11 ℃,the operating cost of the system is the lowest,which is about 0.381 7 yuan/t(iron ore);The dual-heating SCR denitrification reaction system conditions the wet gas with water into a slightly superheated dry gas,so that the heating process is clogg-free and can achieve efficient on-line ash cleaning.The numerical simulation results show that the temperature deviation gradually decreases with the increase of the number of air mixing units.With the increase of the aspect ratio,the temperature deviation gradually decreases,and the influence of the number of slice on the mixing effect is weakened.The multi-point array mixing unit with 11 mixing units has a very good enhanced mixing effect.The complete set of wet desulfurization and sintering gas treatment technology developed in this paper reduces the three indexes of particulate matter,SO2 and NOx in the gas from 250,754 and 219 mg/m3 at the inlet of the desulfurization system to 1.4,8.2 and 35 mg/m3 at the chimney discharge port,all of which achieve ultra-low emissions.
