制造、控制和传播学术是西方统治精英占领知识分子和民众大脑、实施对外思想文化征服的重要武器.西方学术殖民通过理论操纵、教育操纵、舆论操纵、语言操纵、组织操纵等方式,将其学术话语和战略意图传播到全球,形成以"西方中心主义"为核心的系统性知识霸权,不仅深度控制全球学术系统,还对政府行为和公众认知产生重要影响.认识、清理、抵御、防范、瓦解西方学术殖民和知识霸权,是构建中国自主知识体系的基础和关键.
Abstract
Manufacturing,controlling and disseminating academic knowledge is an important weapon of Western ruling elites to control people's minds and achieve intellectual and cultural conquests.Through academic colonialism,the West disseminates academic discourses and realize strategic intentions globally.Specifically,it includes manipulation of theories,education,public opinion,discourses,organizations,etc.All these have led to the formation of a systematic and Western-centric intellectual hegemony,which not only controls global academic system but also significantly influences government actions and public perceptions.Understanding,clearing,resisting,preventing and disintegrating Western academic colonialism and intellectual hegemony is the foundation and key to building China's independent knowledge system.
