The Existing Problems and Countermeasures in Building Institutional Norms for CPC's Self-Revolution
The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China outlines the objectives and tasks for improving the Party's institutional norms for self-revolutiona,calling for the establishment of a regular and long-term effective system for the Party's self-revolution.This is not only an inherent requirement for improving the quality of institutional norms but also an important guarantee for deepening the Party's self-revolution and the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities.Currently,there is room for improvement in building a complete,standardized,and coherent system of institutional norms for CPC's self-revolution,as well as in the implementation of such system.In the new era,we must adhere to a problem-oriented approach and to the guidance of Xi Jinping's important thoughts on the Party's self-revolution,and,on that basis,strive to optimize content supply and enhance standardization with regard to the construction of the institutional norms for the Party's self-revolution.In the meantime,we must ensure the coordination between and integration of the system of the Party's internal regulations and that of legal regulations,and strengthen the ability of implementation in this process.These actions will facilitate the continuous improvement and optimization of the norms system for the Party's self-revolution,thus providing a solid institutional guarantee for the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party.
