"新质生产力"范畴具有政策话语和学术话语的二重性."新质生产力"的提出具有鲜明的实践导向,同时也具有深厚的理论意涵."新质生产力"的提出,不仅揭示了高质量发展需要怎样的生产力,还指出了应该怎样发展新质生产力(即相应形成怎样的新型生产关系)、为谁发展新质生产力(即话语体系的价值取向)."新质生产力"范畴是对马克思主义生产力理论,尤其是对中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论和话语体系的重要发展.
Abstract
The introduction of the category of"new quality productive forces"exhibits a dual nature of policy discourse and academic discourse.The concept of"new quality productive forces"is characterized by a strong practical orientation while also possessing profound theoretical implications.Its emergence not only reveals the type of productive forces necessary for high-quality development but also indicates how the new productive forces are to be developed(i.e.,the formation of corresponding new relations of production)and for whom these productive forces should be developed(i.e.,the value orientation of the discourse system).The category of"new quality productive forces"serves as an important supplement to and development of Marxist theories of productive forces,particularly in relation to the theoretical and discourse systems of political economy with Chinese characteristics.
