共产党国际联合是贯穿国际共产主义运动的重要线索,在百年未有之大变局下呈现出联合理念的一致性与差异性并存、组织机制的多元化和离散化凸显,以及参与互动的协同性与冲突性交织的复杂性特征.世界共产党国际联合不仅面临着资本主义力量由盛转衰、社会主义力量由弱变强和网络技术进一步发展等机遇,也面临着教条主义思想束缚、内部分歧难以弥合、联合机制运行低效和资本主义打压分化等方面的困境.为了进一步加强国际联合,世界各国共产党需要把握时代发展趋势,在平衡国际联合与自主发展、坚持求同存异精神、完善团结合作机制和扩大左翼联合阵线等方面携手奋进,推动国际共产主义运动的转型与变革.
Abstract
The international united front of communist parties is a significant thread running through the international communist movement.Under great changes unseen in a century,it exhibits characteristics of both consistency and divergence in its underlying concepts,diversification and fragmentation of organizational mechanisms,and complex interplay of cooperation and conflict in and the interactions of parties involved.The alliance faces opportunities such as the decline of capitalist power,the strengthening of socialist forces,and further advancement in network technologies.However,it also encounters challenges including the constraints of dogmatic thinking,deep-seated internal divisions that are difficult to reconcile,inefficient operational mechanisms for unity,and the pressures of capitalist suppression and the consequent internal division.To further strengthen international alliance,the communist parties around the world must grasp the trends of the times,and should work together to balance international unity with independent development,uphold the spirit of seeking common ground while reserving differences,improve mechanisms for solidarity and cooperation,and expand leftist united front so as to promote the transformation and reform of the international communist movement.
