摘要
目的:探究糖尿病住院患者睡眠障碍发生情况及影响因素.方法:选取2020 年 6 月至2021 年 1 月山东省莱西市人民医院内分泌科收治的糖尿病住院患者226 例作为研究对象,采用阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)进行睡眠障碍发生情况的评估,比较不同性别、年龄、体质量指数(BMI)、文化程度、情绪状态(Zung量表)、社会支持程度(SSRS量表)、病程、并发症发生情况、合并其他基础疾病情况、血糖控制效果及空腹血糖变异系数者的睡眠障碍发生率,采用多因素Logistic回归分析糖尿病住院患者睡眠障碍发生的影响因素.结果:226 例糖尿病住院患者中发生睡眠障碍者 93 例,发生率为41.15%,不同性别、BMI、社会支持程度及病程者的睡眠障碍发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),不同年龄、文化程度、情绪状态、并发症发生情况、合并其他基础疾病情况、血糖控制效果及空腹血糖变异系数者的睡眠障碍发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、文化程度、情绪状态、并发症发生情况、合并其他基础疾病情况、血糖控制效果及空腹血糖变异系数是糖尿病住院患者睡眠障碍发生的影响因素(P＜0.05).结论:糖尿病住院患者睡眠障碍发生率较高,且其影响因素涉及面较广,可作为糖尿病患者睡眠障碍干预措施制定的参考依据.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the sleep disorders occurrence and its influence factors of inpatients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 226 inpatients with diabetes mellitus in Department of Endocrinology,People's Hospital of Laixi Cit-y,Shandong Provincefrom June 2020 to January 2021 were chosen as the research object.Evaluate the occurrence of sleep disor-ders using the Asens Insomnia Scale(AIS).Compare the incidence of sleep disorders among individuals of different genders,a-ges,body mass index(BMI),education level,emotional state(Zung Scale),social support level(SSRS Scale),disease course,in-cidence of complications,comorbidities with other underlying diseases,blood glucose control effectiveness,and fasting blood glu-cose coefficient of variation.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of sleep disorders in hospi-talized patients with diabetes.Results:Among 226 hospitalized patients with diabetes,93 patients had sleep disorders,with an in-cidence rate of 41.15%.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of sleep disorders among people of differ-ent gender,BMI,social support and course of disease(P＞0.05).The incidence of sleep disorders among people of different age,education level,emotional state,comorbidity,other basic diseases,blood glucose control effect,and coefficient of variation of fast-ing blood glucose were compared,The difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Multifactor logistic regression analysis showed that age,education level,emotional state,complications,combined with other basic diseases,blood glucose control effect and fasting blood glucose coefficient of variation were the influencing factors of sleep disorder in diabetes inpatients(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of sleep disorder in hospitalized patients with diabetes is high,and its influencing factors are wide,which can be used as a reference for the development of sleep disorder intervention measures for diabetes patients.
