Analyzing the Impact of the Full Process Nutrition Management Model on Surgical Patients with Malignant Tumors in the Urinary System

摘要
目的:分析全程营养管理模式对泌尿系统恶性肿瘤手术患者的影响,评估对其机体营养状态、睡眠质量产生的影响.方法:选取2021 年 10 月至2022 年 10 月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的泌尿系统恶性肿瘤患者 105 例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n =53)和观察组(n =52),对照组给予常规护理模式干预,观察组给予全程营养管理模式,测定采取相应护理措施前后白蛋白、血红蛋白以及血清前白蛋白的指标变化,采用理查兹-坎贝尔睡眠量表(RCSQ评分)评估2 组患者的睡眠质量的差异,并比较2 组患者的护理满意度.结果:干预后,2 组营养状态等指标参数均有所提高,且观察组显著高于对照组,观察组RCSQ分值显著高于对照组,观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论:对泌尿系统恶性肿瘤患者应用全程营养管理模式可有效改善机体营养不良状况,有利于获得良好预后及转归,具有显著的干预效果,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the impact of the full process nutrition management model on patients undergoing surgery for malignant tumors of the urinary system,and evaluate its impact on their nutritional status and sleep quality.Methods:A total of 105 patients with malignant tumors of the urinary system admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(n = 52)and a control group(n =53)using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received full process nutrition management.The changes in albumin,hemoglobin,and serum prealbu-min indicators before and after taking corresponding nursing measures were measured.The Richards Campbell Sleep Scale(RCSQ score)was used to evaluate the differences in sleep quality between the two groups of patients,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients was compared.Results:After intervention,the nutritional status and other indicators of both groups were im-proved,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.The RCSQ score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of the full process nutritional management model to patients with malignant tumors of the urinary system can effectively improve the body's malnutrition status,facilitate good prognosis and outcomes,and have significant intervention effects,which are worthy of clinical promotion and application.
