睡眠障碍的ICD-10疾病分类编码探讨

摘要
目的:探讨睡眠障碍的ICD-10 疾病分类编码,分析其与患者的临床特征、治疗效果和预后的关系.方法:回顾性分析2021 年6 月至2023 年 6 月福建永春县医院病案管理科收治的睡眠障碍患者 198 例临床资料,根据ICD-10 疾病分类编码将其分为4 组:G47.3、G47.2、F51、G47.8.比较各组患者的年龄、性别、并发症等.结果:睡眠呼吸障碍组 49 例以中老年男性为主,多合并高血压、冠心病等心血管疾病,睡眠质量最差;睡眠-觉醒节律障碍组患者 36 例以青壮年男性为主,多与生活习惯、工作压力等因素相关,睡眠质量较差;非器质性睡眠障碍组72 例以中青年女性为主,与心理因素相关,睡眠质量一般;其他睡眠障碍组41 例年龄、性别分布均匀,与神经系统或内分泌系统疾病相关,睡眠质量一般.结论:ICD-10 疾病分类编码能够反映睡眠障碍的不同特点,应根据个体化的原则制定合理的治疗计划.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the ICD-10 classification code of sleep disorders and analyze the relationship between ICD-10 and clinical characteristics,therapeutic effect and prognosis of patients.Methods:The clinical data of 198 patients with sleep dis-orders admitted to the Medical record Management Department of Yongchun County Hospital in Fujian Province from June 2021 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.and divided into four groups according to ICD-10 disease classification code:G47.3,G47.2,F51 and G47.8.The age,sex and comorbidities of all groups were compared.Results:The sleep apnea group consisted of 49 middle-aged and elderly men,who were mostly complicated with cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and coronary heart disease,and had the worst sleep quality;36 patients in the sleep awakening rhythm disorder group were mainly young and middle-aged males,mostly related to lifestyle habits,work pressure,and other factors,resulting in poor sleep quality;the 72 cases of non organic sleep disorders group were mainly middle-aged and young women,which were related to psychological factors and had average sleep quality;41 cases of other sleep disorders were evenly distributed in age and gender,related to neurological or endocrine system diseases,and had average sleep quality.Conclusion:ICD-10 disease classification code can reflect the different characteristics of sleep disorders,and reasonable treatment plan should be made according to the principle of individual.
