基于"虚气流滞"学说探析产后抑郁症患者睡眠障碍的病机及辨治

摘要
基于王永炎院士"虚气流滞"学说,探析产后抑郁症(PPD)患者睡眠障碍的病机及辨治,认为PPD患者睡眠障碍以"虚气"为本,以"流滞"为标,元气亏虚,气血相失,气血津液运行失常,致使气滞、血瘀、痰凝等病理产物流滞体内,伤及脏腑经脉所致.剖析"虚气"与"流滞"在PPD患者睡眠障碍发生过程中互相作用、恶性往复的病机特点和演变规律,临床以"虚则理气和中补气血,实则涤痰化瘀畅经络"为治则进行论治,并从辨证选方、针灸治疗和松弛疗法入手探讨治疗思路.
Abstract
Based on academician Wang Yongyan's theory of"deficient-qi induced stagnation",this article is to explore the path-ogenesis and syndrome treatment of insomnia in PPD patients.Insufficient qi,loss of qi and blood,abnormal operation of qi,blood and body fluid,leading to stagnation of qi,blood stasis,phlegm dampness and other pathological products accumulate in the body and damage viscera and meridians.The pathogenesis characteristics and evolution law of"deficient-qi"and"induced stagnation"coerced by each other and vicious circle are expounded in PPD patients'insomnia.The syndrome treatment is mostly based on the two major dialectical directions of"deficiency of qi"and"stagnation of flow",and treatment is discussed from prescription of tra-ditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture,moxibustion,and relaxation therapy.
