观察子午流注结合电针疗法治疗中风病恢复期睡眠障碍临床疗效
Observation of the Clinical Efficacy of Meridian Flow Injection Combined with Electroacupuncture Therapy in the Treatment of Sleep Disorders during the Recovery Period of Stroke

摘要
目的:观察子午流注结合电针疗法治疗中风病恢复期睡眠障碍临床疗效.方法:选取2019 年6 月至2020 年 12 月河北中医学院第一附属医院收治的中风病恢复期睡眠障碍患者 100 例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n =50)和对照组(n =50).2 组患者在采用中风病常规药物治疗的基础上,对照组加用常规针刺治疗干预,观察组加用子午流注结合电针疗法干预治疗,2 组疗程均为4 周.采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2 组患者睡眠质量的差异,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)比较2 组患者干预前后抑郁状态的改善效果,采用智力状态检查量表(MMSE)比较 2组患者干预前后智力水平的变化,并且观察治疗前后血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)和褪黑素(MT)的变化情况.结果:治疗后,2组PSQI评分、HAMD评分均有所降低,且观察组显著低于对照组,2 组清 5-HT及MT指标均有所上升,且观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:子午流注电针疗法治疗中风恢复期睡眠障碍患者不但改善患者睡眠情况,提高患者的生命质量,还可以改善患者情绪情况,提高神经功能修复水平.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of meridian flow injection combined with electroacupuncture therapy in the treatment of sleep disorders during the recovery period of stroke.Methods:A total of 100 patients with stroke recovery sleep disor-ders admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(n =50)and a control group(n =50)using a random number table method.On the basis of conventional medication treatment for stroke,two groups of patients were treated with conventional acupuncture intervention in the control group,while the observation group was treated with meridian flow injection combined with electroacupuncture intervention.The treatment course for both groups was 4 weeks.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the differences in sleep quality between two groups of patients,and the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)was used to compare the improvement effect of depression status before and after intervention in the two groups of patients.The changes of intelligence level before and after the intervention were compared with the mental State Ex-amination Scale(MMSE).The changes in serum serotonin(5-HT)and melatonin(MT)before and after treatment were also ob-served.Results:After treatment,the PSQI score and HAMD score of both groups decreased,and the observation group was signifi-cantly lower than the control group.The 5-HT and MT indicators of both groups increased,and the observation group was signifi-cantly higher than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of stroke recovery stage sleep disorders with electroacupuncture therapy at noon not only improves the patient's sleep condition and quality of life,but also improves their emotional state and enhances the level of nerve function repair.
