摘要
目的:探讨中医铜砭刮疹在脑梗死偏瘫患者肢体恢复期中应用的效果.方法:选取2022 年 5 月至2023 年 5 月福建泉州市中医院脑病科收治的脑梗死偏瘫患者 88 例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组44 例.对照组行常规护理,观察组增加中医铜砭刮疹护理,比较2 组肢体功能评分、日常生活能力、生命质量、睡眠质量、满意度.结果:护理前,2 组患者Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分(FMA)比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);护理后,观察组FMA评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).护理前,2 组 Barthel 指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);护理后,观察组Barthel指数显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).护理前,2 组脑卒中专用生命质量量表(SS-QOL)比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);护理后,观察组SS-QOL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).护理前,2 组患者阿森斯睡眠质量量表(AIS)比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);护理后,观察组AIS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:中医铜砭刮疹在脑梗死偏瘫患者肢体功能障碍恢复期中应用,可有效改善患者的肢体功能,提升其自主生活能力,进而使其生活受到的限制减少,并获得良好的睡眠质量.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine copper needle scraping on limb recovery in patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 88 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Divide into two groups using a random number table,each with 44 cases.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received extra traditional Chinese medi-cine copper needle scraping care.The limb function score,daily living ability,quality of life,sleep quality,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the Fugl Meyer motor function score(FMA)be-tween the two groups of patients before nursing(P＞0.05);the FMA score of the observation group after nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in Barthel index between the two groups be-fore nursing(P＞0.05);After nursing,the Barthel index in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the comparison between the two groups of stroke specific quality of life scales(SS-QOL)before nursing(P＞0.05);After nursing,the SS-QOL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference(P＞0.05)in the comparison between the two groups of patients with the Arsens Sleep Quality Scale(AIS)before nursing care;After nursing,the AIS score of the observation group was signifi-cantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine copper needle scraping in the recovery period of limb dysfunction in patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia can effectively im-prove their limb function,enhance their autonomous living ability,and reduce the limitations on their daily lives,thus achieving good sleep quality.
